Journal of Clinical and Anatomic Pathology (JCAP) is an international peer-reviewed, open access online journal that publishes high-quality papers, original research, and case studies related to all aspects of clinical and anatomic pathology, such as histopathology, virology, hematology, microbiology, cytopathology, chemical pathology, molecular pathology, forensic pathology, dermatopathology, neuropathology and immunopathology.
The journal aims to provide a platform for anatomic and clinical pathologists, residents and fellows, medical laboratory professionals, and researchers to advance laboratory medicine to better improve patient care through knowledge, collaboration and global community. The journal selects and efficiently communicates the most important information from recent world literature and offers invaluable assistance in managing the increasing flow of information in pathology.
The journal accepts submissions presented as an original article, short communication, case report, clinical studies, review article, rapid communications and letter to the editor.

All articles published by JCAP are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges or registration barriers. JCAP follows recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), the Council of Science Editors (CSE), and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
